Apparently they forgot a time, when not too long ago, marriage was legal only between a white man and a white woman!

If ever we needed proof that Christianity has lost sight of Jesus, that it has taken on a divisive role, that it no longer represents the word of God; all one has to do is read Billy Graham’s advertisement.

If Billy Graham was a man of his word, if he had an ounce of integrity, he would push for a constitutional amendment to abolish divorce. What, if anything is more damning to family values and the integrity of the family than divorce? But people like Graham want to have their hypocritical cake and eat it too!

Utilities are selling regulators and Public Service Commissions all across the nation on smart meters as part of “the smart grid” initiative.  Electric utilities across the nation are working to the bone to upgrade their electrical grids, the network of equipment and wires that delivers electricity from the power plant to your home.  This massive, expensive, and disruptive upgrade is not being done because electric utilities care to deliver quality power to your home.  In fact, electric utilities could care less about you, the retail consumer!

The retail consumer, you and your family, are an expensive trouble maker for electric utilities.  The only reason why electric utilities provide you with electricity and service your account is because your house is most likely on the power stream to the customers that electric utilities value the most, the corporate and industrial consumers.  Electric utilities also provide you with electricity because they need free land, a right of way, from local, state, and federal governments to run their power lines and build their electric substations.  Electric utilities wouldn’t make a single penny if they had to pay for this land; so they provide you with power.  But you, the retail consumer, remain quite and expensive and undesirable trouble maker for the electric utility.

So no matter what the smart grid is called, whether it is called the smart grid, the upgraded grid, or even the digital grid, it is bad news for you, the retail consumer.   The bottom line is that the electric utility will, for the first time in history, have the information and the controls to dictate when and how you can use the electricity that you are paying for.

To understand how this will happen,you need to realize that the new smart meter that the electric utility will install on your home will let information flow back and forth between your home and the electric utility.  That means that information about your electric use, from turning on the air conditioner to running your dish washer, to running your clothes dryer will now be transmitted in real-time back to your electric utility.

Information that you will unknowingly and unwillingly be transmitting to your electric utility!  They will know when and for how long you are doing your laundry.  Trust me, they will know when you are home and when you are not!

Electric utilities will, in no time, turn this wealth of information against you!  For example, they will dictate when you can wash your clothes.  You bet they will!  They will setup billing rate structures where you will have no choice but to start doing your laundry during off peak hours; which is usually after 8:00PM when factories and office buildings have generally powered down.  If you turn on your washing machine before 8:00PM or your clothes dryer, they will charge you extra.  If you run your home’s air conditioner during peak hours 8:00AM – 6:30PM you will also pay extra.  You will pay extra for the same electricity that you have never had to pay extra for.  They claim that this will give you more control over your electrical usage.  Lies!  Smart meters will provide electric utilities with control over you and your life.  Do not let them fool you!

To top it all off, electric utilities claim that the smart grid and smart meters will provide greater reliability helping pinpoint and prevent power outages.  Pardon my French, but that is a load of bullshit!  If utilities were truly interested in preventing power outages, especially from storms, they would have already buried all of their power distribution lines.  But they have not and they never will because there is absolutely no incentive for them to spend billions of dollars to upgrade the electrical grid by burying power lines.  Burring power distribution lines is the only way of preventing power outages from storms or even a car slamming into a power pole.

You will be abused and gouged because the smart gird is nothing but a smart scam!  It is the ultimate profit generator for electric utilities.  It is their last hope of milking each and every penny off you…to make you pay for being the undesirable customer you have always been.

Keep in mind, that those of us who own homes, have to provide electric utilities with a right of way that we pay for and we maintain so that they can run their electrical wires and transformers all over our neighborhoods.  Do we ever get anything in return?  Do we get a land lease payment?  Do we even get free street lighting from the electric utility?  We sure don’t!

We have been giving up too much and now, once the smart grid and smart meters go on line, we will be giving everything up!  We will be giving up our privacy, our information, and handing our consumer rights to electric utilities under the smart grid scam!

Who will suffer the most?  Senior citizens will pay the price since many senior citizens live on fixed incomes and cannot afford the new billing rate structures that will come with the smart grid/smart meter scam.

Keep in mind that electric demand has gone down over 33% since 2007 yet electric utilities have raised their rates to keep the profits rolling in.  Where, if I may ask, is the law of supply and demand that drives our economy?  How can rates go up when the demand for electricity is down to 1960 levels?

So you bet your last dollar that we need to fight this!  We can no longer allow electric utilities to abuse us.

OK, I have to breathe and take pause.

I know that Bank of America is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and that people in the Carolinas are a bit slow.  I know they are still 20 years behind the times and still think they live in a little southern one road town.

I must be missing something here or perhaps I have to slow down and bring myself down to their southern mouth breathing mentality.  But come on!  Give me a freaking break!

My mortgage is as current as current can get!  I have never been late on a single payment.  In fact, there is more money in my Northern Trust checking account than most Bank of America employees make in a year!

What the hell is wrong with Bank of America!?!

A preliminary foreclosure notice on a mortgage that I have never been late on and I am current to the date! So how the hell does Bank of America figure that I should be under foreclosure?

What kind of mess is their CEO, Brian Moynihan running?  I would serriously love to know!

Because a customer with excellent credit, who is never late on a payment, who has never even been late on a payment should not be getting a preliminary foreclosure notice.

It is beyond me how anyone can have any faith in Bank of America.  How can anyone possibly bank with them but most importantly, how can anyone possibly rely on any of their services when they mess up something as strictly regulated as mortgage loans?

So far, all I have seen from Bank of America is one very foggy circus act.  How can anyone trust their money to these clowns?

But do fuck with me Bank of America!  Bring it on! You only feed my fire!

I have sunk bigger ships than you bunch of Southern red-neck retards.  You may be able to survive in your festering southern shit hole of Charlotte, North Carolina; but mark my words, I will push for a federal fraud investigation that will sink your circus show.

Name one financial institution that has ever survived a federal fraud case?  Name them!  You sure as hell will not be the first!

I, Brickell Princess, live in Miami, Florida. For years–for as long as I can remember–during Florida’s “winters” the local media excessively airs footage of Florida’s farmers spraying their crops with water at night. In the morning the media airs footage of the same crops covered in ice; usually with a beautiful sun rising in the background for thematic effect.

A week down the line, the media airs footage of farmers claiming that their crops were damaged by the “cold” temperatures.  Keep in mind that Florida never really experiences winter!  But I guess that if you plant crops on purpose, for them to fail, then you have truly achieved your goals.

Now, you know that’s all a big show. A big scam! All at the expense of the American tax payer.

See kids, farmers get a bundle of money for damaged crops in the form of farm subsidies from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. A lot of your tax dollars go to these fat cats that scam the system that was setup to keep food prices affordable!

Here’s how the scam works:

• Florida’s farmers plant in late summer to early fall to ensure that their crops produce by the time the first cold spell hits Florida.
• They spray the crops with water so that ice forms over them and the fruit – from oranges to tomatoes – are destroyed.
• Florida’s farmers issue ample press releases through their cooperatives in order to get media coverage. This is a tactic that will validate their claims in the public eye; in the arena of public opinion.
• They file their crop damage claims with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and sit back and let millions of your tax dollars flow right into their bank accounts for doing absolutely nothing other than scamming the American tax payer.

While the money flows into their bank accounts, these farmers sit back, let all that produce rot to waste.  They sit back, do nothing, and get paid!  They get a huge pay day at your expense!

Florida’s farmers are a bunch ruthless mafiosos.  They have absolutely no morals.  They know they can scam the system and get away with it and with a bundle of your tax dollars.

I ask you this: Why then does this not happen all over South Carolina or North Carolina?  How come the tea or even the tabaco farms in South Carolina don’t scam the U.S. Department of Agriculture the same way these Floridians scam themselves into wealth?  Could it be that the farmers of the Carolinas hold themselves up to a higher standard?  You bet chicos!
